Membership Fees

Age 65+ : $180/mo.
Age 40-64 : $150/mo.
Age 19-39 : $120/mo.
Children with no adult member : $80/mo.
Children with adult member : ​$50/mo.

- Unlimited office visits
- X-rays
- Same day appointments
- Annual exams

- Simple in-office procedures

Testosterone replacement therapy:

• Members: $80/mo.
• Non-Members: $100/mo.​

Tirzepatide (mounjaro equivalent)

• $500 per 4 weeks
